Arrows point to mitoses that are seen at a rate of 10-19/ten high power fields (Grade 2). This is a poorly differentiated breast cancer (Score 8; Grade 3).

	Histobank ID #1707 Another example of a poorly differentiated invasive ductal carcinoma (Score 9; Grade 3). No tubules are formed (+3). The arrow points to a multinucleated tumor giant cell. The nuclei are very pleomorphic (+3) and the mitotic rate is high (+3). Measure the nuclei size by comparison to the lymphocytes in the lower left corner.
